Madeleine Westerhout
Vice President and Chief of Staff to the Chairman
Madeleine Westerhout is Vice President and Chief of Staff to the Chairman at American Global Strategies, where she serves as a strategic and operational partner to firm leadership, supporting high-priority client engagements, firm operations, executive coordination, and strategic initiatives across AGS. In close collaboration with the Chairman, CEO, and senior leadership team, she helps oversee major client relationships, manage firm-wide processes, coordinate high-level events, and drive operational execution across AGS’s growing portfolio.
Prior to joining American Global Strategies, Madeleine served in the White House during President Trump’s first term as Special Assistant to the President and Executive Assistant to the President of the United States. She was later promoted to Special Assistant to the President and Director of Oval Office Operations.
Following her White House service, Madeleine authored Off the Record, a memoir about her experiences serving in the White House under President Trump.
Madeleine began her career at the Republican National Committee, where she served both the Finance Director and Chief of Staff over a four-year period.
Madeleine was a member of the Aspen Strategy Group’s 2024 Rising Leaders Program and is an alumna of The Public Interest Fellowship and the Alexander Hamilton Society’s Security and Strategy Seminar.
Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the College of Charleston in South Carolina.
