Isabelle Ferguson

Research Associate

Isabelle Ferguson is a Research Associate at American Global Strategies, where she supports the firm’s client engagements through research and analysis on geopolitical, economic, and national security issues.

Prior to joining American Global Strategies, Isabelle worked at the U.S. Department of the Treasury in the Office of Foreign Assets Control and the Office of Legislative Affairs. In these roles, she supported sanctions enforcement, analyzed sanctions evasion techniques, and tracked legislation related to financial regulation and anti-money laundering.

Isabelle also brings prior experience from the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. House of Representatives.

Isabelle is pursuing a Master of Arts in Security Studies at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, where she writes and edits for the Georgetown Security Studies Review. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Politics from Georgetown University and is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honor society.
