Kaiden Harding
Executive Assistant to the CEO
Kaiden Harding is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at American Global Strategies, where she supports the firm’s executive operations, strategic coordination, and client engagement efforts.
Prior to joining American Global Strategies, Kaiden interned for Congressman Trent Kelly and consulted for the non-profit organization Senai Global, where she assisted with logistics and communications initiatives supporting the organization’s work in Eastern Africa.
Kaiden holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Davidson College in North Carolina. While at Davidson, she was recruited to play Division I field hockey and furthered her studies in multilateral diplomacy in Geneva, Switzerland.
Originally from North Carolina, Kaiden spent nine years living in South Africa. Her experiences in academia, international study, and nonprofit work have shaped her passion for cross-cultural engagement and international dialogue.
