Shaila Mehta
Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice Presidents
Shaila Mehta serves as the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice Presidents at American Global Strategies, where she supports executive operations, strategic coordination, firm events, and client engagement across the firm’s priorities and initiatives.
Prior to joining American Global Strategies, Shaila served as Political Director on a U.S. congressional campaign, where she managed day-to-day operations, coordinated large-scale events, and oversaw voter outreach initiatives targeting both general and youth demographics.
Earlier in her career, Shaila served as Correspondent Director for the Leadership Institute’s Campus Reform, where she recruited students nationwide to highlight bias and free speech issues on college campuses.
In addition to her political and media experience, Shaila has worked with several early-stage startups focused on marketing, management, and operations.
Shaila holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
