- O’Brien co-chaired the final session of The Nixon Seminar on Conservative Realism and National Security hosted by the Richard Nixon Foundation.
- Since March 2021, the seminar brought together 15 strategists and leaders for a monthly discussions of national security, defense readiness and international relations issues that are important to America’s interests abroad.
