Hope Dease is the Project Coordinator at American Global Strategies LLC. Prior to joining American Global Strategies, Hope served as Assistant Director of Marketing, Advocacy, and Student Engagement at the Sudreau Global Justice Institute, where she spearheaded grassroots fundraising campaigns, supervised interns and local staff on-site in Kampala, Uganda, and managed all marketing and communications initiatives for the institute. Hope managed logistics for Prison Projects, served as a primary liaison for international dignitaries and stakeholders, and played a key role in proposing the integration of artificial intelligence to enhance the efficiency of Uganda’s judiciary system. Additionally, Hope developed a research proposal for a new Public Defender Division in Uganda, contributing to broader efforts to strengthen the country’s legal framework. Hope interned for Majority Leader Steve Scalise, Senator John Kennedy, and Restore NYC. She specializes in strategic planning, program management, stakeholder engagement, and leveraging technology to drive global impact.

Hope holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (Middle East and North Africa) and Communication from Pepperdine University.
