Mark Youngblood is the Director of Security at American Global Strategies, LLC.
As a 23-year veteran of the United States Secret Service, Mark brings extensive security, investigative, intelligence and threat assessment experience to American Global Strategies. A native of Askam, Pennsylvania, Mark is a graduate of Wilkes University with a degree in Sociology/Criminology.

In 2000, Mark began his career with the United States Secret Service in the Philadelphia Field Office. He was then assigned to the Presidential Protective Division under George W. Bush and Barrack Obama. As a supervisory special agent in the Baltimore Field Office, Mark oversaw the Maryland Electronic Crimes Task Force, as well as the Baltimore Financial Fraud Working Groups, which investigated cyber and financial crimes, domestically and internationally.

Over his career, Mark participated in the security preparations and operations for the President, Vice President, and other U.S. dignitaries in over 40 foreign countries. He also led the protective details of over 75 foreign heads of state, visiting the U.S., where he coordinated with ambassadors, foreign diplomats, and foreign security officials. He also has extensive experience in leading teams involved in the planning and coordination of multiple National Special Security Events. Mark was the Chairman of the Airspace Security Sub-Committee for 2012 NATO Summit in Chicago, IL.

Mark has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the security industry and public sector. With American Global Strategies, Mark will continue to work with corporate and diplomatic leaders on security matters, provide vulnerability assessments, cyber threat intelligence, crisis management, fraud prevention and corporate security.
